Tsinghua Affiliated High School students participate in Tsinghua University's "Remember history, cherish the memory of martyrs" martyr sweeping activity

On the morning of April 4, Tsinghua University's "Remembering history, remembering heroes" martyr sweeping activity was held in front of the "Sons and daughters of the Motherland Tsinghua Heroes" monument。Mr. Ren Xingyang, secretary of the league Committee, led a total of 18 students from the junior high school amateur Party school, excellent members of the Haidian District and some active members of the league as well as outstanding Young pioneers to participate in the memorial activities。

The students of the High School attached to Tsinghua University walked up the steps in turn, presented flowers, stepped back and bowed three times。White chrysanthemums convey the students' deep respect for revolutionary heroes。After the flower laying ceremony，Four students, Pan Yiwen from Class 1916, Huang Jialing from class 2007, Xiang Yanlin from class 1910, Yu Xinran from class 2013, explained the glorious deeds of revolutionary martyrs and patriotic ancestors in the place where the ashes of martyr Ji Yuxiu were placed。

The memorial is the best memory of the revolutionary martyrs。To study revolutionary martyrs is to learn their noble qualities, carry forward the great spirit of sacrifice and struggle of the martyrs, and hope that students can turn the remembrance of revolutionary martyrs into the driving force for hard work, inherit the red gene, and gather the great power to promote the development of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics。
